1. Wow! What an event package - The art of delivering outstanding events workshop
This bite-sized 2 hour workshop will give you an insight into the world of events. It will focus on:
- The ‘how to’ of delivering great events.
- How you ensure your events (the ultimate live marketing opportunity) deliver a return on investment.
- How other organisations have used events to deliver key objectives.
- Showing you a unique event management planning tool that will help you deliver all types of events.
This workshop will give you a great understanding of the world of live events and how they can be used to deliver a wide variety of business objectives. It will also give you a chance to assess whether you would be happy for us to work together on your next event.
2. The Exhibition Package – The complete guide to successful exhibitions:
- Structured ½ day ‘How to be an Outstanding Exhibitor’ training session.
- ½ day workshop where we use the knowledge gained from the training session and develop a full action plan set against the 10 stage Exhibition Planning Process. By the end of the workshop you’ll have all the details you need to ensure that your next exhibition attendance delivers an outstanding return on investment.
- ½ day ongoing support and advice.
- 1 hour de-brief meeting and report.
Add on costs you need to allow for printing, cost of stand, promotional materials and gifts, press packs, show offers, cost of attendance at show, staff expenses, accommodation and show services.
3. The seminar / workshop / conference package
- Creative thinking and action planning, ½ day workshop.
- ½ days worth of ongoing advice from TWA’s events coach to include sourcing and evaluation of the event venue, follow-up, run-through, planning meetings, site visit, site planning, writing of fire and risk assessment and sourcing any necessary infrastructure.
- Event coach to co-manage event on the day.
Add on costs you need to allow for event venue cost, printing and database purchase, registration services, food, design of invitations, PR campaign to gather publicity for event, promotional material design, planning for prize draw for data collection, presentation template, design of display or signage, database research and design.
4. The corporate hospitality / supplier / client reward / launch event package
- Creative thinking and action planning, ½ day workshop.
- 2 days of ongoing advice from our events coach to include sourcing venue, follow-up, run through, planning meetings, site visit, site planning, fire and risk assessments, sourcing infrastructure and entertainment and or corporate hospitality package.
- Events coach to co-manage event on day.
Add on costs you need to allow for event venue cost, cost of corporate hospitality package purchased, food, design of invitations, database purchase, design and words for any promotional materials, PR campaign to gather publicity, design of any templates needed for menus, signage, giveaways / promotional gifts, data collection method, design of displays, full development of the event message and offering.
5. The personal / private event or party / dinner event package
- Creative thinking and action planning, ½ day workshop.
- 2 days ongoing advice from event coach to include sourcing venue, follow-up, run through, meeting, site visit, site planning, fire and risk assessment, sourcing infrastructure and entertainment, programming and entertainment.
- Events coach to co-manage event on day.
Add on costs you need to allow for event venue cost, gifts and printing, food, theming, infrastructure, entertainment, security, design and print time, invitations, creation of theme, research gifts / giveaways, design of displays and signage.
6. The community / charity fundraising event package
- Creative thinking and action planning, ½ day workshop.
- 3 days of ongoing advice and support from event coach to include sourcing venue, follow-up, run through, planning meetings, site visit, site planning, fire and risk assessments, sourcing infrastructure and entertainment, programming, event staff briefing and training.
- Event coach to co-manage your event on day.
Add on costs you need to allow for printing, database purchasing and event / venue costs, infrastructure, entertainment, design of invites, design and words for promotional materials, database research, prize draw, design for displays, signage, theming development, PR campaign to gather publicity, research into gifts and giveaways, writing of template covering letter and development of sponsorship packages.
7. Staff reward and recognition event package
- Creative thinking and action planning, ½ day workshop.
- 2 days worth of ongoing advice from events coach to include sourcing and evaluation the event venue, follow-up, run through, planning meetings, site visit, site planning, writing of fire and risk assessment, sourcing infrastructure and sourcing reward package.
- Event coach to co-manage your event on day.
Add on costs you need to allow for event venue cost, gifts and printing, food, theming, infrastructure, entertainment, design and print time, invitations, creation of theme, gifts / giveaways, design of displays and signage.
NB. Please note that in some cases we may feel that due to the complexity of the event, additional planning days may be required. Such a requirement will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to the project commencing.
